RETURN POLICY:

Returns are welcome within 7 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you purchased it. Our original Hut no. 8 tag must be attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Items may be exchanged or returned onto a store credit that never expires. We do not issue a credit card return or cash for returned items.

Some types of goods are FINAL SALE and are exempt from being returned: jewelry, home decor, soaps, car smellies, and gift cards.

SALE ITEMS:

Returns are for regular-priced items only. All sale or discounted items cannot be returned.

 

Online Returns

Our policy states that your item(s) must be post-marked within 10 days of the shipping date listed on your packing slip. If your return is not post-marked within 10 days of your shipping date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or in-store credit.

In-Store Returns are Welcome: Within 7 days of the shipping date listed on your packing slip, items may be EXCHANGED or a STORE CREDIT may be issued.

Christmas Gift  Return: Items must be returned with original tags attached along with gift receipt. Items may be exchanged or receive a store credit that never expires.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (To ensure your satisfaction, each item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.)  All tags and price tags must also be attached to the item in its original manner.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All jewelry, wine glasses, hats, bralettes, home decor, soaps, lotions, car smellies, and gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require the original packing slip as proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a STORE CREDIT will automatically be applied in a gift card form for you to use at your convenience. An E-Gift Card will be sent to your email you provided at check out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an email about your return or exchange, please contact us at hut8tricities@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hut no. 8 Boutique, 3100 N. Roan St, Johnson City, TN 37601

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
