STEP 1:
Bring in your freshly laundered items, folded in some type of container; bin, basket, box or bag – not on hangers! Our staff will provide you with a time estimate, so you can choose to either stay and shop or drop off and return to the store within 72 hours. (For now, we do not limit the amount you can bring in, but you must leave your items if your amount exceeds 2 “kitchen-sized” trash bags.)
STEP 2:
After a quick sign-in process, we will process your items in order of arrival. No appointment necessary! Our buyers will be looking for trendy clothing and accessory items purchased in the last 2 years, in excellent condition! We take all seasons all year long.
STEP 3:
After sorting your items, we will present you with a cash offer and store credit offer for the items we are able to accept! Store credit is always 40% more than the cash offer and never expires. You can pick up any items we did not offer to buy, or we can donate the items to A.R.C.H. or another local charity on your behalf.
We do not purchase items with blemishes, holes, stains, or missing components. We have no way to launder items at our store, so items that smell like smoke or contain any other types of odor will not be accepted. We do not purchase maternity, business pant or skirt suits, dressy or casual dress pants, children’s sizes, men’s clothing, high heels, swimwear, costume jewelry, non-trendy styles, or items older than two-three years. Styles and trends change often! So, some items are no longer purchased due to poor selling history.
